Unique in this part of Surrey, Gatton Community Theatre specialises in innovative theatre arts, offering the opportunity for Surrey audiences to experience highly original productions in exciting or unexpected venues. Its standards of excellence and policy of inclusiveness gives amateur performers, regardless of age, experience or background, the opportunity to work with professional directors and technicians to produce theatre events which involve, engage and inspire as many participants from the local community as possible.
GCT is a Christian community group seeking to promote the Christian faith and its principles of love and forgiveness through the medium of the arts. Participants come from all faiths and none and is open to all.
The GCT charity trustees have agreed to continue the policy of not charging participants a membership or production fee so enabling free access to arts activity for all, a policy which has been in place since 1999. However, if you would like to make a donation towards the costs of staging future productions please follow the DONATE link at the bottom of the page, and fill in and return a gift aid form if you are a UK tax payer.
